Refund policy

Returns: We accept returns within seven (7) days from the delivery date for most unused and unopened items. To initiate a return, please contact us with the delivery date and details of the item(s) to be returned.  

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.  Due to the nature of digital products, we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is faulty or not as described.  Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges: We do offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us promptly if you receive a damaged product.
